Latex returns, terms and conditions:

There are no full refunds on latex item. We will be happy to exchange items ordered in the incorrect size, except our hoodie products. Please make sure you order the correct size!

We must be notified with 48 hours upon package arrival at jack@jackldn.co.uk . Exchanges will be made for the same item in the correct size.

All our latex items are custom made as per ordered. Please allow 2-3 weeks for construction before shipping.

Any latex garments being returned must be done so within one week upon package arrival, in original packaging with tags, unworn and in original condition.

No returns can be made due to misuse or incorrect garment/latex care. A latex care guide has been provided on our site.

Returns must be made using a tracked and traceable delivery service only. Please ensure you receive a certificate of postage upon dispatch.

JACK will not be held responsible for items lost in transit, or be responsible for payments on any taxes and duties.
General returns on non-latex items:
If for some reason there is an issue with your order you must inform us within 48 house of receiving the package at jack@jackldn.co.uk. On all non-latex items we will be happy to issue a refund for your online purchase. We require that the return is made within 21 days from the date of purchase, the item(s) are unused, and include all original tags. Due to health concerns, items that have been worn on are not eligible for a refund.

Faulty items will be replaced or exchanged

You can try on your new underwear and clothing but please keep your own undies on!

All sale items, markdowns, are final sales.

Inspections will be made upon arrival of all returned items. Please allow 5 days for a full refund.
Should your unwanted item be returned to us in an unsanitary or used condition, we will have no choice but to decline your refund and return the item to you.
Cancellations
Immediate action is required if you wish to cancel or amend your order. Please contact us at jack@jackldn.co.uk. Please note orders dispatched can neither be cancelled nor amended.
